Helpful Hints
- You will need to create a free Submittable account to submit for our current opportunities. After selecting "submit" for the opportunity for which you are submitting, select "sign up" on the log in page to create your submittable account.
- For a majority of our current opportunities, you need to be a current NAEA member to be eligible for submission. If you are not sure if you are a current NAEA member or do not know your membership credentials, please click here to search for your membership record online or email members@arteducators.org.

This form is to be submitted ONLY by a State/Province Association President or Awards Coordinator to notify the NAEA Awards Coordinator of who has been selected by the State/Province to receive recognition as the 2025/2026 “State/Province Art Educator.” THIS IS NOT A NOMINATION FORM. If this form is not submitted by the State/Province Association President or Awards Coordinator as specified above, it will not be considered valid.
